By using the NO TEARS application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
NO TEARS is a decentralized application connecting users directly via Peer-to-Peer (P2P) connections. We do not intermediate your communications. By using the app, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the data you send and receive directly from your peers.
You agree not to use NO TEARS to engage in unlawful activities, distribute malware, or intentionally violate the privacy or rights of others. Even though we lack central servers to monitor your traffic, we require all users to abide by international law.
The application is provided "AS IS". We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, bug-free transmission, or the absolute security of your device. Your data liability rests solely with you and the endpoint devices.
Under no circumstances shall NO TEARS or its developers be held liable for any data loss, intercepted communications (due to endpoint compromise), or any indirect damages arising from the use of the app.
